German project cargo specialist and freight forwarder the deugro group has appointed Ben Cunnington (pictured above) as VP of global business development mobility and infrastructure
He took up his new post on 1 October, responsible for developing new solutions, services and products for clients from the mobility and infrastructure industry.
Mr Cunnington has spent the past decade in the freight industry, most recently working in the global project & industrial solutions division of DB Schenker. Prior to that he was industrial project cargo manager, humanitarian relief manager and branch manager for Gefco Forwarding.

Mr Cunnington said: “I am delighted to have the opportunity to join the deugro group. I see the organisation’s diverse approach to logistics as a fresh and exciting opportunity to develop and deliver end-to-end solutions.
