Stiebel Eltron is a market leading German company with a presence across 120 countries, engineering electric instant hot water systems, hot water and hydronic heat pumps, heat recovery ventilation systems, space heaters and water filters for the home.

An opportunity has arisen for a motivated Business Development Manager to join our team to service Sydney and regional NSW. We are in growth mode, looking for an individual to maximise existing opportunities and seek new business in a wholesale environment. 

Working closely with and reporting to the NSW/ACT State Manager

The successful applicant will be responsible for:

  • Building relationships with developers, architects and engineers
  • Maintaining call cycle across Sydney metro and regional areas
  • Business development across existing account base and with new customers
  • Conducting in-store training across our range of products
  • Representing the company at trade events
  • Achievement of sales targets

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Two years customer facing selling experience 
  • Willingness for travel 
  • Engaging nature who easily makes connections with people
  • Excellent time management and planned approach to the role
  • Strong written and verbal skills
