Business Development Associate – Service or Sales

We are inviting you to join our Business Development Team at Northside Toyota!

We have positions available within our Service & our Sales BDC and would love to have the right candidates join us to continue to enhance our outstanding customer service!

To be a successful candidate, a few of the following attributes are mandatory for this role within our award winning dealership:

• A high level of integrity and accountability
• The ability to exceed our customers’ expectations as well as those of Northside Toyota
• You will be a team player as you will be working along side an entire team of automotive professionals to ensure the very best customer experience
• The ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Have strong communication skills, both oral and written
• Previous call centre experience is an asset, however not mandatory
• Be proficient with the use of spreadsheets, Outlook, Microsoft Office
• A coachable personality, and the desire to continually improve
• Pleasant and engaging phone persona

Business Development Associate Duties:

• Working closely with the service department or sales department to ensure the highest level of customer service
• Making service or sales appointments, including specific campaigns whether it be sales or service
• Developing and executing internet and phone campaigns
• Following up on all internet inquiries
• Contacting clients via e-mail and telephone to schedule a sales or service appointment
• Providing reports to management
• Making customer follow up calls to ensure complete customer satisfaction
• Making reminder calls for proper service requirement intervals
• Along with those listed above, any other duties assigned by management to maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction
